Effective date: 1 July 2025. This Policy applies to all mobile and web applications operated by NeoAbhro Tech Pvt. Ltd. under the 99platforms umbrella.
1. Overview
NeoAbhro Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("NeoAbhro", "we", "us", or "our") operates a suite of purpose-built platforms collectively known as 99platforms — including Aarogya-Mitra, Vitta-Mitra, Raga-Mitra, Varasa-Mitra, Fitness-Mitra, PMO-Mitra, and Happy Wednesday (each a "Platform", together the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about users ("you") of our mobile applications, web applications, and associated services. By downloading, installing, or using any NeoAbhro Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Account registration details: name, email address, mobile number, and password.
- Profile information: age, gender, preferred language, and location (city/state), where relevant to the Platform.
- Health and wellness data (Aarogya-Mitra, Fitness-Mitra): vitals, symptoms, fitness goals, and activity logs — entered voluntarily by you.
- Financial preferences (Vitta-Mitra): savings goals, spending categories, and self-reported income ranges — no bank credentials are collected.
- Heritage and cultural content (Varasa-Mitra): photos, audio, video, and narratives you contribute to community archives.
- Music practice data (Raga-Mitra): recordings, practice logs, and exercise progress.
- Feedback, support requests, and contact form submissions.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device identifiers: device model, OS version, unique device ID, and advertising ID (resettable).
- Usage analytics: screens visited, features used, session duration, and crash reports.
- Network information: IP address, mobile network carrier, and connectivity type.
- Push notification tokens for delivering app notifications (opt-in).
2.3 Information from Third Parties
- If you sign in via Google or another OAuth provider, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as authorized by you.
- Analytics providers (e.g., Firebase) may supply aggregated usage insights.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and personalize your experience.
- To deliver core Platform features — health tracking, financial guidance, heritage archiving, music learning, fitness routines, civic updates, and wellbeing rituals.
- To send service-related notifications, reminders, and updates (you may opt out at any time).
- To improve Platform quality through aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics.
- To respond to support queries and feedback.
- To comply with legal obligations under applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA).
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service.
4. Sensitive Personal Data
Certain Platforms handle sensitive personal data as defined under Indian law — specifically health and biometric information (Aarogya-Mitra, Fitness-Mitra) and financial information (Vitta-Mitra). We handle this data with heightened care:
- Explicit consent is obtained before collecting sensitive data.
- Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.
- Access is restricted to personnel who require it to deliver the specific Platform feature.
- We do not sell or rent sensitive personal data to any third party.
- You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. Typical retention periods:
- Account data: retained for the lifetime of your account plus 12 months after deletion.
- Health and financial logs: retained for 36 months or as required for clinical/regulatory continuity, then securely deleted.
- Usage analytics: retained in anonymized form indefinitely for product improvement.
- Support communications: retained for 24 months.
7. Data Security
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest.

8. Your Rights

Our Platforms are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. For Platforms where minors between 13–18 may use the Service (e.g., educational music or heritage features), parental/guardian consent is required at registration.
10. App Permissions
Our mobile applications may request the following device permissions, used solely for the stated purposes:
- Camera: to scan documents or capture heritage media (Varasa-Mitra); to scan QR codes.
- Microphone: to record music practice sessions (Raga-Mitra) or voice notes.
- Storage / Media: to save and share content you create within the Platform.
- Location (approximate): to provide region-relevant content and services — precise GPS is never required.
- Notifications: to send optional practice reminders, health nudges, and Platform updates.
- Internet: required for all core Platform functionality.
All permissions are requested at the time of use with clear in-app explanations. You may revoke any permission via your device settings.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
Our Platforms may contain links to external websites or integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways). This Policy does not cover third-party practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with our Platforms.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Post the updated Policy at neoabhro.com/privacy-policy with a revised effective date.
- Send an in-app notification or email to registered users.
Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
